Scope
This standard stipulates the main content, technical requirements, and uncertainty analysis and evaluation of power saving measurement and verification of power grid energy saving projects. This standard applies to energy-saving projects in public transmission and distribution networks and power supply and distribution systems for power users, and new projects can be implemented as a reference.
