Scope

This International Standard provides guidance on the selection and application of screening methods for soil condition assessment. The guidance is intended to select a screening method suitable for a particular parameter and specifies the conditions under which it can be used. This International Standard does not recommend any particular screening method, but specifies the principles of its selection and application.
