Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of water-based polyurethane surface treatment agents for artificial leather and synthetic leather. This standard applies to surface treatment agents formulated from water-based polyurethane dis ersions, auxiliaries and other raw materials and used to improve the surface properties of artificial leather and synthetic leather.
