Scope
This part specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, samples, analysis steps, result calculations and allowable differences for the determination of potassium oxide and sodium oxide content by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This section is applicable to the determination of potassium oxide and sodium oxide content in continuous casting mold slag. The measurement range is: potassium oxide (mass fraction): 0.04%~4.00%; sodium oxide (mass fraction): 0.02%~ 15.00%.
