This part of JB/T 9427 specifies the basic technical requirements for inspecting, adjusting and measuring the 35 mm mono-channel optical sound belt inspection film (hereinafter referred to as the inspection film) used for the optical sound reproduction system channel of movie equipment. This section applies to inspection sheets used for inspecting, adjusting and measuring the following items: a) Inspection sheets used for the transverse width of the sound-returning excitation light blade and its relative position to the reference edge of the film, referred to as "buzzer sheet"; b) The test piece used for the focus and tilt angle (azimuth angle) of the sound-excited light blade or sound trace is referred to as the "focus and azimuth angle film"; c) The test piece used for the illumination uniformity of the sound-excited light blade, referred to as the "serpentine vocal sheet" ”; d) Test piece for the level output balance of the sound return path, referred to as the “level chip”; e) Test piece for the frequency characteristics of the sound return path, referred to as the “multi-frequency chip”; f) Non-uniformity of the sound return speed The jitter rate test film used is referred to as "jitter film".
