This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of magnetic levitation molecular pumps. This standard applies to magnetic levitation molecular pumps with backing pumps (hereinafter referred to as maglev pumps).
