- This standard specifies the symbols, types and dimensions, technical requirements, marking and packaging of solid carbide straight flute drills. This standard applies to solid carbide straight flute drills with a diameter of 2.5 mm to 20.0 mm (hereinafter referred to as straight flute drills). Other straight flute drills may also be adopted based on the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
