- This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, result calculation, detection limit and tolerance for the determination of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in oral care products. This standard applies to the determination of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol content in oral care products. The detection limits of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in this standard are both 20 mg/kg.
