- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, safety precautions, test conditions, test equipment and instruments, test methods, test results evaluation and test of bird strike resistance and hard object impact test methods for windshield glass and car body materials of high-speed EMUs. Report. This standard is applicable to the anti-bird impact and hard object impact tests of windshield glass and car body materials for high-speed EMUs with a design speed of not less than 200 km/h, and the anti-bird impact and anti-impact tests of windshield glass and car body materials for other rail vehicles. The hard object impact test can be used as a reference.
