Scope: This standard specifies the minimum energy efficiency values, energy efficiency grades, energy conservation evaluation values, test methods, inspection rules and energy efficiency grade labels for AC ventilators for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as ventilators). This standard applies to ventilating fans driven by AC motors with single-phase rated voltage not greater than 250 V, rated input power not greater than 500 W, and impeller diameter not greater than 500 mm. This standard does not apply to ventilating fans for the following purposes: a) ventilating fans specially designed for industrial use; b) intended to be used under special conditions, such as places where corrosive, flammable and explosive gases, dust, steam or gas exist Ventilation fans; c) Ventilation fans for air heaters, refrigeration equipment or air conditioners and air-air energy recovery devices; d) Ventilation fans embedded in appliances (such as stoves and microwave cooking appliances); e) Ventilation fans for ships; f) C-type ventilation fans, two-way air-flow ventilation fans, and B-type and D-type ventilation fans with a maximum static pressure of less than 25 Pa.
