Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, marking, structure and material, appearance, size and performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of aluminum-based copper-clad laminates for printed circuits. This standard applies to aluminum-based copper-clad laminates for printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as aluminum-based copper-clad laminates).
