Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of meta-aramid staple fiber products. This standard applies to meta-aramid staple fibers with a nominal linear density of 0.80 dtex to 15.00 dtex.
