- This part of GB/T 21001, on the basis of GB/T 21001.2, supplements the test and evaluation methods for the safety and performance of refrigerated display cabinets used for selling and displaying food, as well as the evaluation basis standards. This section applies to refrigerated display cases used for sale and display of food. This standard does not apply to refrigerated vending machines and non-retail refrigerated cabinets intended for catering.
