This standard specifies the test conditions, test equipment, test items and methods for the electrochemical energy storage system to be connected to the grid. This standard applies to electrochemical energy storage systems with a rated power of 100 kW and above and an energy storage time of not less than 15 minutes. Electrochemical energy storage systems with other power levels and energy storage times can be implemented as a reference.
