Scope

This standard specifies the test principle, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, results and calculations and test reports for the tensile strength test of fiber composite materials in an ultra-high temperature oxidizing environment. This standard is applicable to the tensile strength test of fiber braided composite materials under different oxygen partial pressure environments from 1500 ℃ to 2200 ℃. Other types of materials and high temperature tensile strength tests below 1500 ℃ can be used as a reference.
