This standard specifies the calibration site selection, observation content, observation instruments and observation methods for meteorological satellite optical remote sensor site radiation correction satellite-ground synchronous observations. This standard is applicable to the synchronous observation of site surface optical characteris ics, atmospheric optical radiation characteris ics and meteorological parameters during site radiation correction in the 0.35 μm~2.5 μm, 3 μm~5 μm and 8 μm~14 μm bands of meteorological satellite optical remote sensors. The site radiation correction of optical remote sensors of other earth observation satellites can be used as a reference.
