Scope

This standard specifies the classification of drought levels, index calculation and index use methods for northern summer corn. This standard is applicable to the investigation, monitoring, early warning and assessment of summer corn drought dis sters in the Qinling Mountains and the Huaihe River line and the areas north of it.
