This standard specifies the principles, reagents, materials, measurement system structure, instrument installation, daily operation and maintenance, multi-point calibration and value transfer, data recording and processing, etc. for measuring near-surface atmospheric sulfur dioxide (SO) using ultraviolet fluorescence method. This standard applies to continuous observations of sulfur dioxide at fixed ground stations.
