Scope: This part specifies the definition, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of discrete lithium iron phosphate battery packs for communications (hereinafter referred to as battery packs). The discrete lithium iron phosphate battery pack specified in this section includes two modes: one is composed of several lithium iron phosphate batteries connected in series and a battery management system, and the battery management system is installed independently; the other is composed of several lithium iron phosphate batteries connected in series and a battery management system. The battery management system is composed of a battery management system and a switching power supply system. This section applies to discrete lithium iron phosphate battery packs in communication DC-48V power supply systems. DC power supply systems of 96V and below can also be used as a reference.
