Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for the determination of trace extraction agents dimethylformamide and acetonitrile in industrial isoprene (polymer grade). This standard is applicable to the determination of dimethylformamide with a content of not less than 0.5 mg/kg or acetonitrile not less than 1.0 mg/kg in industrial isoprene (polymer grade).
