This standard specifies the method for the determination of the stable oxygen is tope ratio (O/O) of water in fruit juices (excluding concentrated fruit juices). This standard is applicable to the determination of the stable oxygen is tope ratio (O/O) of water in fruit juices and juice drinks, but is not applicable to the determination of the stable oxygen is tope ratio (O/O) of concentrated fruit juice.
