Scope

This standard is applicable to the preparation and revision of comprehensive river basin plans and professional plans for large rivers, important medium-sized rivers, and major rivers across provincial administrative regions. Comprehensive basin plans and professional plans for small and medium-sized rivers, and comprehensive regional water conservancy plans and professional plans for larger areas such as provincial and prefecture-level administrative regions can be implemented as a reference.
