Scope

This standard specifies the methods for PCR detection, fluorescent PCR detection and comprehensive determination of goldfish hematopoietic necrosis virus (carp herpesvirus type 2). This standard applies to the identification of goldfish hematopoietic necrosis virus, and is used for epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring of related diseases caused by goldfish hematopoietic necrosis virus.
