Scope

This standard specifies the flame photometric method for the determination of potassium content in feed. This standard applies to the determination of potassium in feed raw materials, compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of this standard method is 2.00 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 200 mg/kg.
