This section is applicable to on-site mixed-loading emulsion explosive trucks that mix and fill emulsion explosives into blast holes (especially water holes) during mining or engineering blasting operations in open-pit mines such as metallurgy, coal, building materials, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, water conservancy, etc.
