Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polytetrafluoroethylene microfiltration membrane pleated filter elements (hereinafter referred to as "filter elements"). This standard applies to the folded polytetrafluoroethylene microfiltration membrane cartridge filter element for gas sterilization, and also applies to the folded polytetrafluoroethylene microfiltration membrane capsule filter for gas sterilization.
