Scope
This part of GB/T 31723 determines the shielding efficiency of metal communication cables by applying the specified voltage and current to the shielding layer of the cable and measuring the induced voltage to obtain the surface transfer impedance. Measurements are made using commonly used high-frequency measuring instruments, with frequencies ranging from a few kilohertz to 1 GHz or more.
