Scope

This standard specifies a method for the determination of flavonoids in pome fruits by liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of the main flavonoid content in pome fruits (apples, pears and hawthorns). Please see Appendix A for the method detection limits and quantitation limits of this standard.
