Scope

This standard specifies the principle of the method for determining the cubic, tetragonal and monoclinic phases of ZrO₂ grain size in thermal sprayed thermal barrier ZrO₂ coating samples using the X-ray diffraction Scherrer formula method. Test conditions and calculation steps, etc. This standard is applicable to samples with a grain size in the range of 2 nm to 100 nm and no uneven strain inside.
