Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the corresponding sample area of detection signals of Auger Electron Spectroscopy and some types of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. This standard applies to Auger electron spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with the following conditions: the sample area excited by the incident X-ray beam is larger than the sample area that can be detected by the analyzer; Space; equipped with an auxiliary electron gun that can generate a variable energy electron beam to irradiate the sample.
