- This standard specifies the method for expressing the grades of semiconductor polycrystalline, single crystal, wafer and epitaxial wafer products. This standard is applicable to the preparation of grades of semiconductor materials. When compiling national standards and industry standards, the designation method stipulated in this standard should be adopted. When the product leaves the factory, it should use the brand mark specified in this standard.
