- Scope
- This standard specifies the test methods for the determination of acidity and alkalinity of organic chemical products by volumetric analysis. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of acid or alkaline substances in the form of impurities in organic chemical products. The content is called acidity or alkalinity. When using this standard to determine the acidity and alkalinity of organic chemical products, the titration volume of the alkali standard titration solution or acid standard titration solution used shall not be less than 0.01mL.
