Scope

This standard specifies the standard frequency spectrum for Mandarin Chinese whispers. This standard applies to systems and electro-acoustic devices that generate, transmit, receive and process Chinese whisper signals, and can also be used as the basis for their design and the basis for spectrum shaping of analog signal sources.
