Scope

The "Technical Standards for Anti-corrosion Engineering of Steel Petroleum Storage Tanks" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB/T50393-2017, and will come into force on May 1, 2018. The original national standard "Technical Specifications for Anti-corrosion Engineering of Steel Petroleum Storage Tanks" GB50393-2008 will be abolished at the same time. This standard is made public on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn), and is published and distributed by China Planning Publishing House organized by the Ministry of Standards and Quotas Research Institute.
