Scope

This procedure is applicable to the first calibration and subsequent calibration of electronic (static) DC energy meters. For electric energy meters with other functions, the same calibration items shall be subject to this procedure. It is not suitable for the verification of DC standard electric energy meters and the on-site verification of electronic DC electric energy meters (hereinafter referred to as electric energy meters).
