- This standard specifies the product model, material and composition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyimide films with adhesives (hereinafter referred to as adhesive films). This standard applies to single-sided adhesive-coated polyimide films for flexible printed circuit coverlays and double-sided adhesive-coated polyimide films for multilayer flexible printed circuit boards.
