- This standard applies to the design of newly built, expanded and renovated catering buildings with dining spaces, including catering buildings built alone or attached to public buildings such as hotels, commercial buildings and offices. Not suitable for nutritious kitchen design in central kitchens, collective dining distribution units, hospitals and nursing homes.
