Scope

This procedure is applicable to on-site testing of the compressive strength of masonry mortar in masonry structures. This procedure is not applicable to the detection of mortar that has suffered surface damage such as high temperature, freezing damage, chemical erosion, fire, etc., as well as the detection of mortar constructed by the freezing method during the strength recovery period.
