This standard specifies the selection and calculation of automobiles and forklift transport vehicles in petrochemical enterprises, as well as the design regulations for garages, parking lots, and forklift refueling, refueling, and charging facilities. This standard is applicable to the design of new, renovated, and expanded petrochemical engineering vehicles and forklift transportation facilities. It is not applicable to the design of special vehicles such as fire trucks, environmental monitoring vehicles, sweepers, and ambulances.
