Scope

This standard specifies the performance and requirements of the interface between marine navigation radar (hereinafter referred to as radar), compass and log. This standard is applicable to the docking of marine navigation radar with compass and speed log. This standard also applies to the docking of automatic radar plotters with compass and speed log.
