Scope

This standard is applicable to the analysis of HCH and DDT in organisms (animals: such as poultry, livestock, fish, earthworms; plants: such as grains, fruits, vegetables, tea, lotus root). This method is extracted with acetone-petroleum ether, purified with concentrated sulfuric acid, and determined with a gas chromatograph with an electron capture detector. The minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.00004～0.00487mg/kg.
