- This standard specifies the safety requirements for the design, production and management of vinyl chloride synthesis, purification, compression, rectification, filling, polymerization, slurry treatment, centrifugation, drying, packaging and its devices in the production of polyvinyl chloride. This standard is applicable to enterprises producing vinyl chloride and vinyl chloride polymers by acetylene method. Departments related to polyvinyl chloride production should also be used as a reference.
