This document specifies methods for determining the adhesion strength between inner layer and liners, outer layer and liners, between liners, between outer layer and outer lamination (thin layers of material that protect the outer layer) and between inner layer and inner lamination (thin layers of material within the inner layer that reduce the permeability of liquid into the inner layer). It includes all nominal diameters and the following hose constructions:

——Hoses with reinforcing spiral. Sufficient adhesion between the different layers of a hose is crucial for satisfactory operational use.
