Scope

This document specifies: the dimensions of the dies used to produce the test specimens by pressing and sintering, together with certain dimensions of the test specimen produced in such die and the dimensions of test specimens of sintered and powder forging materials for fatigue testing. This document applies to all sintered metals and alloys, excluding hard metals.
