Scope
This part of ISO 374 specifies requirements for protective gloves intended to protect the user against hazardous chemicals and defines the applicable terms. NOTE If additional protection features need to be addressed, e.g. B. mechanical risks, thermal risks, electrostatic discharge, etc., the corresponding specific performance standard must also be used. Further information on protective glove standards can be found in EN 420.
