Scope

This part of ISO 2286 specifies a method for determining the thickness of rubber or plastic coated textiles by applying a specific pressure regardless of the support used. The process applies to textiles coated on one and both sides as well as to textiles laminated on both sides and to materials that have a foamed coating.
