This part of ISO 105 specifies a test method for determining the resistance of the color of textiles to rubbing and bleeding to other materials, which requires the selection of smaller areas than is possible for testing using the method described in ISO 105-X12 . Two tests may be carried out, one with a dry and one with a wet friction fabric.
