- This standard specifies the main performance parameters of the standard ultrasonic power source used in water within the frequency range of 0.5 ~ 10MHz, the technical requirements of each division, and the calibration and use methods. The standard ultrasonic power source is a stable single-frequency ultrasonic power source with known output ultrasonic sound power. It consists of ultrasonic oscillator, impedance matching device and transducer. It is mainly used as a transfer standard for ultrasonic sound power measurement to compare and calibrate various ultrasonic sound power measurement devices.
