Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the resistance of various types of adhesives to chemical agents. This method measures the chemical resistance of the adhesive by the reduction of the bonding strength after the metal sample bonded by the adhesive is soaked in a certain test liquid at a certain temperature for a specified time. This standard applies to various types of adhesives.
