This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of ceramic frame kiln furniture. This standard applies to frame kiln furniture made of silicon carbide as the main material. Kiln furniture made of other materials such as columns, beams, and plates can be used as a reference.
